Neo Trailers are simply put a high end quality built trailer. How and why you may ask, well its something a consumer never really sees starts at the factory level. You walk into the NEO plant and you can tell quality in craftsmanship. Everything is completely and one hundred percent clean, and after every day the work stations are once again cleaned. How about a jig for welding? Well we’ve toured numerous trailer facilities when searching for a quality trailer manufacturer and to our disbelief very few manufacturers were actually using a jig for welding. Most were laying pieces of steel on the floor and would start welding, pretty tough to keep things straight and aligned when using the floor, while every part NEO builds is by using a jig. What about engineered CAD Drawings? When others release a new line or change to their trailer its just pieced together, while every trailer NEO builds first comes to life on a computer screen. NEO also builds all of their parts and accessories in house instead of third party ordering, so that means no matter what its a true fit every time because every part is built by them with their CAD Drawings, and no matter how old your trailer is the replacement part won’t go out of stock and be discontinued.

Quality speaks for itself with features like Bonded walls not the lifting that the 3M tape is known for, take it from us as we continuously have to re-tape and sometimes screw the 3M tape trailers. Triple Tube tongues to add extra strength on those heavy loads, and Full Aluminum to allow more carrying capacity that a steel trailer takes away in its shear weight.
